Broken Fences Cause Headaches

Removing & Replacing Perimeter Fencing Wastes Time and Money.

Broken fences create headaches, waste money, and invite trouble. They put neighbors (especially, your neighbor’s children) at risk and signal an open invitation for everything unwanted to slip in—or out. Many businesses promote constant property updates. Fresh paint, new furniture, or updated fixtures often improve a property’s value. Meanwhile, a collection of rusted fence posts ruins safety and appearance. And it’s not something you want to spend your time or your money on.

Avoid Disruption to Operations & Distractions to Property Managers.

Neglected posts can collapse without warning, jeopardizing legal compliance and undermining property lines. ASTM F567 cites the importance of sound footings to keep fences stable and reduce liability. Fence removal or replacement drains resources and rarely yields lasting results. Rust stops here.

Build it Right. Build It Once.

A reliable footing - the Fence Foot - keeps posts off dirt, extends fence life, and spares owners from headaches.

Gallery of Rusted Fence Posts - Compromised Integrity

GOOD WORK STARTS WITH A SOLID FOUNDATION. AND THAT FOUNDATION IS THE FENCE FOOT.

Standard fence installation details require three inches of concrete around each fence post providing stability, resilience, and longevity.

Current industry best practices often leave fence posts in contact with the subgrade, compromising the integrity of the fence and exposing the posts to water and rust.

Fence post are often installed in a poorly dug hole and then pushed into the soil below... rusting the bottom of the post... and ultimately the entire post!

This is why we invented Fence Foot to keep fence post off the bottom and keep them completely encased in concrete.

Fence Foot guarantees consistent concrete encasement & alignment —eliminating variability and ensuring compliance with ASTM F567-23 installation standards.

YOUR POSTS WILL BE STRONGER. YOUR FENCES WILL LAST LONGER.

Fence Foot's patented design allows for quick installation ensuring complete concrete encasement.

Fence Foot is currently designed for nominal 3" and 2 1/2" post.  It can simply be flipped over to accommodate the opposite dimensional posts!  One product, two sizes of fence post!
